BC Program: Character Traits
Wake County Public School System seeks to instill 8 overarching character traits in their children.  The BC Program partners with them to define and encourage these traits.

• INTEGRITY - Do the right thing, every time!
• RESPONSIBILITY - It’s up to me, what I am to be!
• GOOD JUDGEMENT - Do the good you see, do the good you can!
• COURAGE - Do right even when tight!
• SELF DISCIPLINE - I work like the player I want to become!
• PERSEVERANCE - Everyday and everyway get a little bit better!
• RESPECT - Do unto others as you want done to you!
• KINDNESS - Give the best needed thing… Love!
