Paper Registration

Most NetWorks Programs fill up quickly.

1. To reserve you roster spot, enclose your registration and release form, along with your credit card information, check or money order. Please remember to sign and date the bottom of the registration and release form.
2. Payment for program may be made any time prior to the start of the program. Special payment arrangements may be made by calling the NetWorks office.
3. Registration deadline for all NetWorks programs is one week prior to the start of the program. Please call during this time period to check roster space availability and cancellation notifications.

Instructions to download:

1. Click on above link to download registration form.

Some browsers will require you to:

1. Position your cursor on the download link
2. Right-Click with your mouse
3. Choose Save Target As...
4. Save to your local PC (remember the location where you save it to on your machine.

   Note: Users who have Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher and Microsoft
   Office/Word 2000 installed will be prompted to Enter Network Password. Click
   the Cancel button, you may have to do this more than once. The solution to this
   problem is to install the Office SR1 Update. You can avoid the prompt altogether
   by right clicking on the link, and selecting Save Target As.. to your HD, then
   you can open the file in Word 2000.
